As part of a renovation programme of existing research and development laboratories the client had the problem of housing existing containment laboratories on a temporary basis.  STC designed and sourced laboratories based on standard shipping containers.  Though this solution was discarded in favour of other solutions the solution represents a low cost alternative that can be easily shipped and assembled anywhere in the world.
