The client, a well established generic manufacturing company with their own development laboratories.  They are moving their production to a greenfield site.  STC provided the concept design and a BIM models for local engineers and architects to implement.  STC also provided the documentation and presented the scheme in order to obtain approval of the facility by the Ministry of Health.  The facilities meet local and international standards.
