An existing company, BiOnco intend to manufacture oncology treatments using technology sourced from India.  The products are produced in small volumes in the form of sterile injectables and are highly toxic.  Therefore the facility needs to be contained but also suitable for sterile manufacture.

The facility was to be placed within an existing, unoccupied building on their manufacturing site.
