A Welcome Roll

A daytrip to Lisbon to meet with OM Pharma with Jordi Pedrerol of Indus.  Leaving aside the carbon guilt - flew on TAP one of the few airlines that serve food in economy any more.  The science that goes into the micro thin slicing edam cheese is amazing, but after getting up at 2.45AM it was very welcome.
Well done TAP.

As an added attraction the return trip offered a business class ticket at a price less than economy.  Obviously a novel approach to revenue maximisation?
